Broome Locals sign petition against gas hub

Broome locals say NO GAS!

Wednesday 8th June, 2011 More than 500 members of prominent Broome families have voiced their disapproval of the State Government’s proposed $30 billion gas hub at James Price Point.

Family members, young and old were lined up to sign a petition against the development and a letter to Federal Environment Minister Tony Burke, inviting him to come to Broome to hear their concerns.
