Crushed while sleeping in a Broome driveway

19th January – Crushed in a Broome Driveway. A Broome practice of sleeping outside to catch the breeze during the wet season has led 3 people to have been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after they were crushed by a car while sleeping in the driveway.

At 1 a.m., a 4o-year-old woman was moving her car at a Norman Street address, when she drove over them. A 42 year old woman from Bidyadanga is in a critical condition with head and chest injuries and a 42 year old man and 25 year old woman endured broken bones.
