Icehouse coming to Broome
Get ready for ICEHOUSE
Sunday 2nd June – Cable Beach Ampitheatre. Legendary Australian 1980’s band Icehouse is set to perform under the stars at Cable Beach Amphitheatre, to celebrate the opening of the Broome Racing Carnival.
Taking the stage after sunset, get ready to listen to favorites such as “Great Southern Land”, “We can get together”, to name just a few. Included in the Concert ticket price is entry into the Broome Turf Club for the opening of the Broome Race Season.
Having visited Broome in the 1990’s, lead singer, Iva Davies loved it and is glad to be heading back to show the band and crew this special place. Playing under the stars, he says, will be “magical”.
Local Broome acts The Steve Pigram Quartet and Desert Child will perform in the lead up. Cable Beach Amphitheatre, is in front of the Cable Beach Club Resort and overlooks the world-famous Cable Beach.
